Jane Rogers is a personal trainer and nutrition expert who founded Jumpstart Food and Fitness CIC to make her passion for exercise and eating well accessible for everyone.
I've attended her boot camps regularly in my local park and she got me through the last lockdown with her free afternoon HIIT sessions.
